TIME TO PLAY

Akce MSI „TIME TO PLAY“ (dále jen „akce“) začíná od 4. 6. 2025 do 18. 7. 2025 (CET + 01:00) nebo do vyčerpání zásob výkupních položek, podle toho, co nastane dříve. Informace o převodu časových pásem naleznete na světových hodinách.

1.Chcete-li se zúčastnit, musíte provést následující kroky:

• 1. Zakupte jeden způsobilý produkt MSI od zúčastněných partnerů MSI uvedených na stránce akce a zaregistrujte svůj produkt v MSI Member Center. Pokud jste se dosud nezaregistrovali, musíte si vytvořit členský účet MSI na adrese https://account.msi.com/login.
  2. Přejděte na stránku pro registraci produktu a zaregistrujte svůj způsobilý produkt (viz níže) výběrem akce „TIME TO PLAY“. Všechny registrace a vykoupení musí být dokončeny nejpozději do 1.8. 2025.
  3. Poskytněte kopii dokladu o nákupu pro ověření MSI. V dokladech musí být uveden štítek s názvem modelu výrobku, datum faktury a název obchodu/prodejce. Datum faktury musí být v rozmezí od 4. 6. do 18. 7. 2025 Souhlas s podmínkami akce a vyčkejte na kontrolu ze strany MSI, která může trvat až 14 pracovních dnů. Pokud společnost MSI zjistí, že splňujete všechna kritéria způsobilosti, bude vám příslušná výkupní položka zaslána na vaši registrovanou adresu, přičemž doručení může trvat až 8 týdnů nebo déle kvůli celnímu odbavení v případě fyzické položky nebo přímo do vašeho uživatelského profilu v případě digitální položky.
  4. Neúplné registrační údaje nebo chybějící doručovací adresa mohou být důvodem k vyloučení účastníka z této akce. MSI si vyhrazuje právo ověřit, schválit nebo zamítnout přihlášky podle vlastního uvážení. Společnost MSI vás může kontaktovat, aby ověřila a/nebo potvrdila místo doručení. Pokud na e-mail nebo kontakt od společnosti MSI neodpovíte do 5 dnů, má se za to, že jste se vzdali výkupní položky.
  5. Pokud je registrovaný produkt MSI vrácen nebo refundován, měli by to žadatelé písemně oznámit společnosti MSI a žádost o propagaci bude automaticky stažena bez dalšího upozornění. V případě jakýchkoli dárků, které žadatel obdržel od společnosti MSI v souvislosti s nákupem, si společnost MSI vyhrazuje právo požádat žadatele o jejich vrácení.

2.Vybrané MSI produkty:

• 1. Tato nabídka se nevztahuje na produkty v bundlech, produkty zdarma z dárků, Powered by MSI sestavy nebo produkty získané během jiné propagační akce. Tuto akci nelze kumulovat s žádnou jinou akcí MSI.

  4. ● např. AMAZON: musí být prodáno a fakturováno platformou AMAZON.

  4.AKCE PLATÍ POUZE DO VYČERPÁNÍ ZÁSOB VÝKUPNÍCH POLOŽEK. ÚČASTNÍCI NEBUDOU MOCI ZÍSKAT VÝKUPNÍ POLOŽKU PO ROZDÁNÍ VŠECH STEAM WALLET KÓDŮ.

  5. Výkupní předmět nesmí být účastníkem ani jinou osobou prodáván, vyměňován, převáděn, nabízen jako výhra nebo jakkoli distribuován. Společnost MSI si vyhrazuje právo podniknout veškeré kroky, které má k dispozici, aby zabránila nezákonnému používání výkupního předmětu, včetně, ale neomezeně, vymáhání soudního zákazu, diskvalifikace účastníka nebo zrušení platnosti konkrétního výkupního předmětu.

  6. výkupní položka nemá žádnou peněžní hodnotu.

  7. Aplikace jsou určeny pouze pro osobní použití (tj. žádné komerční použití, mimo jiné včetně použití v prostředí internetové kavárny).

● We may ask You for information during the Event enrolment and product registration process that may, as applicable, include without limitation Your email, name, product serial number, redemption code, purchase information, and other voluntary information You provide. In addition, we may indirectly gather information from you via cookies or website embedded analytics. You may be asked to join MSI's eDM emailing list to receive MSI product news or service updates. If you do not want to subscribe to this list, please do not check the subscribe or similarly titled check box.

For any material You may provide to us for this Event, including without limitations, pictures, videos, reviews, content, comment, feedback, and written material, as applicable (collectively, "Submitted Materials"), You hereby grant MSI and its worldwide subsidiaries a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid up, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, copy, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display and perform, and otherwise use or exploit the Submitted Materials in any legal manner reasonably determined by MSI and subject to MSI's Privacy Policy.

You hereby represent and warrant that:

1. The information You have provided is accurate and true;
2. You have the full authority, capacity, power, and right to enroll in this Event, and make the required license grant, representation, and warranties under this Terms and Conditions;
3. You have obtained and will maintain all applicable approval, consent, permissions, licenses, and waivers necessary to grant the licenses stated above to MSI and its subsidiaries; and
4. You have complied with all applicable laws in enrolling in this Event.

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MSI, its affiliates, and successors, assigns, directors, and agents, from and against any and all liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorney's fees) resulting from any claims, investigations, litigation, or other legal or administrative action by third parties arising out of or relating to any actual or alleged breach by You of any representations, warranties, undertakings in this Terms and Conditions.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that:

MSI PRIZE(S) IS/ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, MSI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU ON ACCOUNT OF ANY CLAIM (REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY WHETHER BASED UPON PRINCIPLES OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY, OR OTHERWISE) FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, RELIANCE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR COST OF REPLACEMENT.

This Terms and Conditions is governed and construed by the laws of Taiwan, regardless of conflict of law principles, and all disputes arising from the Event and these terms shall be adjudicated by the Taipei District Court in Taipei, Taiwan. Any provision invalidated by a competent court shall be stricken, and the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. Failure by MSI to enforce any right under this Terms and Condition shall not be deemed to be a waiver. MSI shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This Terms and Conditions shall not be assigned or otherwise transferred by You to any other third party; all unauthorized assignments are null and void. This Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Event, and supersede any prior agreements, communications, representations, or discussions, oral or otherwise.
